Can I entertain additional day visitors as my guests while I stay here?

Yes, additional day visitors are welcome. However, any guests beyond the reserved number will incur additional charges as per our guest policy.

What is the general code of conduct expected from guests?

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we ask that all guests follow these guidelines: - Respect Property: Treat the villa and its belongings with care. - Courtesy: Maintain polite and respectful behavior towards staff and neighbors. - House Rules: Follow all guidelines provided during check-in. - Privacy: Respect the privacy and space of others staying at or near the villa. - Cleanliness: Please tidy up after yourself to maintain hygiene. - Safety: Avoid any unsafe or reckless behavior. - Communication: Notify the team in case of damage, delays, or concerns.

How can I make the payment?

We support multiple convenient payment options: Online Payment Gateway, Bank Transfer, UPI, Paypal and International Transfers. All of our payments are secured by Razorpay. We also accept cash for few reservations subject to prior approvals

When is my booking confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message from our team. You can also call the number on our website to verify instantly.

Are commercial activities allowed on the property?

Standard bookings do not permit commercial activities such as shoots, events, or business meetings. For commercial use, reach out at: +91 86086 00718 or hello@spacez.co.

What are the check-in and check-out timings?

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Is smoking or alcohol allowed?

Smoking and alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas, depending on the property. Please refer to specific villa rules for more details.

Can I bring my pet?

We’re pet-friendly at select villas. Please confirm pet policies with us in advance to avoid inconvenience. A pet fee may apply, and we have certain rules to preserve the property.

What amenities can I expect at the villa?

Each villa comes with handpicked amenities like: High-speed Wi-Fi, Air-conditioned rooms, Private pool (select villas), Housekeeping, Generator or inverter backup, Towels & toiletries.

Do you provide meals during the stay?

Many of our villas come with in-house chefs. You can choose add-ons like breakfast, lunch, or dinner while booking or request it through our team anytime before arrival.

What is the security deposit policy?

Some villas may require a refundable security deposit at check-in. This will be refunded after check-out, post-inspection.

What is your weather or illness cancellation policy?

Spacez is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. Guests with travel insurance through Allianz can file a claim if necessary.
