No. The programme is free to join and carries no minimum booking commitment. You earn on what you sell, and nothing changes if you have a quiet month.
Your slab is based on the booked value you send us in a calendar month — 10% for Up to ₹2L booked / month; 12% for ₹2L – ₹5L booked / month; 15% for ₹5L+ booked / month. It is reviewed every month, so a strong month moves you up.
Commission is settled after your guest has checked out, on the booked value excluding taxes. Our team confirms the payout schedule and the details we need from you during onboarding.
Not to apply. Plenty of our partners work as individuals or sit below the GST threshold. If a GSTIN is needed for how you'd like to be paid, we'll tell you at onboarding — you can add it to your application if you already have one.
We do. Every Spacez villa has a caretaker on site and a 24/7 concierge line, and your dedicated partnerships contact stays reachable for anything that needs you in the loop.
Yes. A large share of our villas are booked for offsites, birthdays, haldi and mehendi functions, and anniversaries. Decor, catering and chef services can be added on to the booking.
