Palm Paradise

The place and the caretaker Janak and his wife Heera were lovely. The food was really delicious and the place is pristine. But was disappointed in our check in experience coz there was some miscommunication and the place seemed to have been double booked and while it got sorted out, I found Shubham very uncommunicative through the process. Same regarding the BBQ. Though I had asked multiple times, it was never conveyed till the last moment that we were expected to also provide the charcoal and it being a public holiday, it wasn't easy to get hold of it as most places were shut. And ordering the food was done through an app but it wasn't a very efficient system as it wasn’t very intuitive nor was it clear if the order got placed or not. Overall my family had a lovely time but I felt I had to spend time figuring out logistics coz of the lack of clear communication. Inspite of all these I would still recommend coz the place is really comfortable for a large family.

Shubham Sir went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and provided excellent recommendations for local spots to visit.
