The house was comfortable, central location with parking and private. The caretaker Manoj Bhaiya was friendly and attentive. He helped my elderly parents when I had to go for work commitments. The food from Spacez cafe was good, they sent a chef to cook it fresh and homemade. This house was not our first choice since our reservation from Indiranagar was moved here at the last minute but it worked out OK. We did face some issues but the hosts resolved everything that we raised to our satisfaction. Some minor things - No hot water in shower, only through taps and the motion detector lights in bathroom kept turning off automatically when I was there.

Wonderful place in the heart of City. Mr Manoj, the caretaker cum Chef was wonderful. He made our stay feel right at home. We extended our stay for a day actually. Would definitely love to come back.

We had such a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and every amenity was perfect. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the common areas were perfect for spending time with friends. The food was delicious and freshly prepared — truly exceeded our expectations! The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The service was prompt and thoughtful, and the overall experience felt so homely and comfortable. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a clean, peaceful, and well-equipped stay with great hospitality. Would definitely love to come back again!

100% Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will receive a full refund, giving you the confidence to book without worry. For bookings made within 48 hours before check-in, a full refund is applicable only if canceled within 6 hours of booking.

50% Refund: If the cancellation is made after the full refund window but within the partial refund period:

Bookings made under 24 hours before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund within 2 hours of booking.
